Terms of Service

Effective June 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Caspia (“Caspia,” “we,” “us”). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Caspia and you confirm this when you use the service.

2. What Caspia is — and is not

Caspia provides general, educational information about lifestyle and health-behavior topics. It is for non-pharmaceutical interventions only. Caspia is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using Caspia does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified clinician with any questions about a medical condition, medications, or dosing. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read on Caspia.

3. Emergencies

Caspia is not for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

4. AI-generated content

Some answers are drawn from Caspia’s expert-reviewed evidence, and some are supplemented by AI and labeled accordingly (for example, “Frontier AI”). AI-supplemented content has not necessarily been reviewed by a Caspia expert and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use judgment and confirm important decisions with your clinician.

5. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property

Caspia and its content (excluding the inputs you provide) are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a license to process it to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caspia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service or any reliance on its content.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the service, and we may update these Terms; we will revise the effective date above. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
