HOW IS MY STORED INFORMATION USED?

In our early days as a company, we made the decision to never profit from anyone's stored information. We do not sell or use anyone's data in any way to make money. We specifically designed Caspia to work without a human involved, using Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to provide automation everywhere it is needed.

WHERE IS MY DATA STORED?

Caspia uses Google Cloud Products (GCP) to store your data in the cloud so that it is accessible to you at all times. We only use their HIPAA compliant products to provide the entirety of our services.

IS CASPIA HEALTH HIPAA COMPLIANT?

Yes. We follow all the best practices for HIPAA compliance.

WHAT ABOUT FOR BETA USERS?

Our beta users enjoy the same level of privacy as our regular users. While we do miss out on the opportunity to collect usage data to improve the product, we believe that we are serving a community of health engaged people and rely on their feedback to improve.

WHAT IF I ASK FOR HELP WITH THE APP?

We will not look at your information to help you with your issue. Instead, we gather information from you about where you are clicking within the app to understand why something may not be working for you or to provide clarification on how something should work.

CAN I GIVE YOU FEEDBACK ANONYMOUSLY?

Currently, we ask that anonymous feedback be provided through an email address that does not identify you and use the form on the website or email us at info@caspiahealth.com. We take all feedback very seriously and would love the opportunity to clarify your feedback or follow-up with you once the issue has been addressed.
